Questions people ask
What counts as a question?
Anything an agent asks you in a run — a decision, a confirmation, a note or a suggestion. Reading the brief, searching your knowledge and looking up a procedure never count.
What happens when I hit a limit?
Your agents keep reading and searching. New questions and new saved knowledge pause with a clear message until the month rolls over or you move up a plan. Nothing you already have is touched.
How does the trial work?
A new workspace gets Team features for 14 days without a card. When the trial ends it settles onto Free unless you choose a plan.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the plan page in Settings. You keep the paid plan until the end of the period you have paid for, then drop to Free. Your knowledge stays and you can export everything.
Who can change the plan?
Only the workspace owner. Everyone else sees the plan but cannot change it.
