Terms of use

Your content stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can run Final Boss for you: building the brief the agents read, searching your own knowledge, and sending the notifications you asked for.

You are responsible for the agents you connect and the assistants you sign in through Final Boss. Keep script connections private, revoke them when a person or a tool moves on, and never paste passwords or access details into a question, an answer or a note. We scan for those and refuse them, but the habit matters more than the scan.

There are three plans. Free is free and needs no card. Team and Business are billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically until you change them. A new workspace gets Team features free for 14 days. What each plan includes is on the pricing page and on the plan page in Settings, and only a workspace owner can change a plan.

Cancel any time: you keep the paid plan until the end of the period you have paid for, then the workspace moves to Free and the Free limits apply from that point. Payments and invoices are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.

Nothing is deleted out from under you. A wrong answer is corrected and replaced rather than silently overwritten, retired knowledge stays readable, and changes are recorded so you can see what changed and when.

We aim to keep Final Boss available and backed up daily, but we cannot promise it never breaks. We are not liable for decisions connected agents make. It is a place to record answers, not a substitute for your judgment.

We can suspend an account that abuses the service or puts other customers at risk. You can close your account whenever you like, and take an export with you.
