Final Boss holds the things you and connected agents write: your company details, your guiding principles, your procedures, the questions the agents ask, the answers you give, and the knowledge those answers become. We hold your name and email so you can sign in and be told when something needs you.

Your workspace is separate from every other workspace. Only people you invite can see it. A script connection reaches only the one workspace and role it belongs to, and when you connect an assistant by signing in, the connection is fixed to the workspace and role you picked at that moment.

We never sell your data and we do not use it to train anything. We use it to run the product: to build the brief the agents read, to search your own content, and to send you the notifications you asked for.

A few services help us run it. Our hosting and database provider stores your workspace. Our payment provider holds your billing details, including your card — we never see the card. Email is sent from our own sending domain. Notifications on your phone only happen after you tap to allow them, and you can turn them off in Settings or in your browser.

Changes to important things are recorded — what changed, when, and by whom — so you can trace a decision back. Attempts to reach a workspace someone does not belong to are recorded too.

You can export everything in your workspace as a file at any time from Settings. Ask us to delete your workspace and we delete it, backups included, within thirty days.
